This is why I'm crazy
The following is a direct quote from a parenting book on helping your baby sleep that I'm reading right now. "If your child does not learn to sleep well, he may become an incurable adult insomniac, chronically disabled from sleepiness and dependent on sleeping pills." Is it any wonder that new mothers become obsessive and irrational when people (the author is a pediatrician no less) are telling us on a regular basis that we're about to ruin our children's lives?

Shelly, I love reading your blog because you say everything I feel! I stress SO much that I don't have Ava on a schedule. Everything you read is so conflicting and makes you feel guilty! I am sure you are such an amazing mommy and your little Miles is adorable!
